Engineered Timber
Engineered timber is a multi-layered floor which is made with laminated surface layer sitting on a substrate of pine or rubber wood. Engineered flooring is created to have high stability. Meanwhile it inherits the look and feel of solid timber floor.
It is hard to tell the difference between engineered timber floor and solid timber floor. Engineered timber floor is easy to install and they are often less expensive than solid timber floor.
